Cancellation, Wait List & Late Policies
PLEASE READ ALL OF THE POLICIES THOROUGHLY. ALL CLIENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR UNDERSTANDING THE POLICIES LAID OUT BELOW, AND WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE. WE APPRECIATE YOUR SUPPORT AND UNDERSTANDING.
Trainer To Go has a 12 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations must be made 12 hours prior to class time to avoid being charged. This applies to all packages including monthly unlimited packages. Clients with monthly unlimited packages will be charged the cost of a single session. Clients with per session packages will have a session deducted from their package. The same rules apply to no shows. Clients who commit to an 8-Week Program are obligated to show up to all sessions on the specified dates for the program and no make ups will be allowed for missed classes unless arrangements are made prior to the start of the first class. No refunds will be given.
Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. All packages will expire one year from purchase date, except for promotional packages, which will have specified expiration dates, and the 50 session package which will expire after two years.
If three or more clients are not registered for a class two hours prior to the class time, Trainer To Go reserves the right to cancel the class. Clients will be notified by email.
Wait List Policy
By signing up for the wait list you are committing to attend the class. If you receive notification by email that you have been added to the class from the wait list 12 hours or more prior to the class then you must confirm your attendance or delete your name if you are unable to attend. If you receive an email within 12 hours of the class then you will not be charged if you do not make it to class.
As a courtesy to the instructor and the other clients in class, we ask that you arrive on time to class and preferably even 5-10 minutes early, if possible. This way everyone is ready to go, we can be efficient and you will leave on time! If you are late to class, Trainer To Go can give away your spot to a walk in client. In the case that you show up to class late and your spot has been given away, we will refund the class to your account, but if the class is full you will not be able to participate.
Our policies are designed to be fair to our instructors and our clients and we appreciate you helping us by being mindful of the policies we have laid out.
